- Change of mind after purchase.
- Delay caused due to client-side issues.
- Any customized or digital service once started.
All services are non-tangible and effort-based. Once resources, time, or manpower is allocated, the cost becomes non-recoverable.
Therefore, refunds are generally not applicable once execution begins.
Refunds may be considered only in rare cases such as:
- Duplicate payment
- Payment made but service not initiated from our side
- Technical error from our system
Even in such cases, the final decision remains solely at our discretion.
